Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within Australia.

Shipping Times:
Shipping to capital cities usually takes up to 5 working days, while shipping outside of capital cities can take up to 7 working days.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We automatically check to confirm if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we'll void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email to discuss alternate arrangements. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we'll process the charges and begin preparing your order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we've processed the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. You'll receive shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don't receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@gomobility.net.au
International Orders:
Please note that our products are designed for the Australian market and require a 240V electrical system to function correctly. While our products are certified to Australian standards, they may not meet other countries' electrical safety standards. We're happy to ship our products internationally, and we'll provide an up-to-date shipping price quote upon request. If you're satisfied with the shipping quote, we'll prepare your order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make a note of it when signing for delivery or refuse to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery, immediately take photos of the damaged packaging or products inside and send them to info@gomobility.net.au. Then, visit our Returns page to lodge your return claim online.
